All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soft Passions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@softpassions.com so we can attempt to update the order before it ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Soft Passions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
